THE INVENTORY BEHIND THE WORK

The Collection

This proposal contemplates the acquisition of selected physical inventory from BLA Party Rentals — the inventory used to produce weddings, birthdays, private events, themed experiences, draping installations, tabletop designs, and luxury event environments.

The collection currently occupies approximately three 15' × 20' storage units and includes substantially more inventory than can be represented in this proposal.

Selected examples include throne sofas and chairs, cherry blossom trees, charger plates, luxury linens, velvet and sheer draping, ceiling draping, pipe and drape systems in multiple heights, round and rectangular industrial-quality wood tables, serving pieces, professional balloon inventory, custom tables, themed props, floral inventory, centerpieces, professional dollies, installation tools, and event production materials.

This is not a piece-by-piece retail sale. It is a private acquisition of a professional event inventory collection, transferred in its current physical condition and current storage organization, based on buyer's visual inspection before final transfer.

NOTE: BLA Party Rentals as a brand, entity, commercial name, digital assets, client history, social media accounts, website, goodwill, and business documents are not included in this proposal. Any future discussion regarding the business name or brand would be handled separately.

PHOTO DISCLOSURE: Some images may include items not included in the inventory transfer, including but not limited to metallic-rim glassware, gold stainless-steel tables, and certain chairs. Final included items will be confirmed by visual inspection and final acceptance as it.
